About CDC Enterprise

Since its establishment in 1997,
CDC Enterprise has remained committed to its core philosophy of "Quality First, Innovation Ahead." Headquartered in Linkou, New Taipei City, we began with edge banding materials and were among the first companies to introduce particle boards (Melamine Faced Chipboard) to a market where they were not yet widely adopted.
This pioneering initiative not only opened new application opportunities but also helped drive the development of the industry.

Guided by a vision of sustainable growth, CDC Enterprise has established operational offices and logistics centers in New Taipei City, Taichung, and Kaohsiung, creating an efficient and reliable service network that provides customers with timely and dependable supply support. We understand that every material plays a vital role in the quality and safety of interior spaces, which is why we maintain strict standards for product specifications and sourcing.

All of our particle board products comply with CNS 2215 and CNS 11668 national standards and are certified with Taiwan’s Green Building Material Label. Featuring low formaldehyde emissions, environmentally friendly characteristics, and legally sourced materials, our products reflect our commitment to environmental protection, healthy living environments, and corporate social responsibility.

In 2005, CDC Enterprise established its own manufacturing facility. Originally located in Guishan, the factory was later relocated to Hukou to support business expansion and strengthen our expertise in decorative surface lamination for particle boards. We continue to invest in advanced automation equipment to enhance production quality, consistency, and operational efficiency.
Through the careful selection of steel plate textures combined with sophisticated surface finishing technologies, we create premium panels with refined tactile qualities. These innovative solutions move beyond the limitations of traditional embossed designs, delivering superior visual aesthetics, enhanced durability, and exceptional user experience.

In 2020, CDC established the CHIC ART brand division, dedicated to the development of innovative design concepts and committed to integrating art into everyday living. Through this vision, CHIC ART creates distinctive spatial aesthetics that redefine the relationship between design and lifestyle.
The design philosophy of CHIC ART is inspired by the intersection of historical culture and contemporary aesthetics, while embracing forward-thinking concepts that reflect the future of design. This unique approach infuses every product with renewed artistic value and creative expression.
We believe that decorative panels are more than just construction and finishing materials - they are essential elements in shaping the atmosphere of a space and expressing a refined way of living.
